Marketing to Site Consultants in Atlanta

At the beginning of this month, Executive Director Charlie Jewell traveled to Atlanta, GA to market to site consultants who help businesses select where to expand or relocate.

Onward NRV worked to arrange meetings before the trip. Over the course of 3 days, Charlie met with a total of 15 consultants in Atlanta to discuss why Virginia’s New River Valley is a great place to live, work, and do business.

Outbound marketing aims to stimulate job growth and investment in the region and help further the NRV’s reputation as a hub for our four targeted industries. Proactively connecting with site consultants helps the region be top of mind when it comes to businesses looking for new locations.

The consultants received marketing materials including booklets featuring a regional overview and Virginia’s New River Valley boxes filled with NRV swag and local goodies such as Chateau Morrisette wine.

Charlie was able to foster Onward NRV’s relationship with the Atlanta-based site consultants and continue the conversation about doing business in Virginia’s New River Valley.
