During the month of March, Onward NRV ran a digital campaign focused on the information technology sector in Virginia’s New River Valley. The goal of the campaign was to highlight the tech jobs available in the NRV while showcasing the great quality of life that the region offers.
The campaign saw some of the largest impressions and reach of any campaign previously run by Onward NRV, making it highly impactful. The campaign targeted cities with a strong technology sector and produced the following results:

• Total Engagement: 12,236
• Total Video Views: 164,926
Onward NRV ran the campaign across all of Virginia’s New River Valley social media platforms that included Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube. The ads utilized the following videos: “Tech in the NRV: Industry Hub”, “Tech Jobs: Work Hard. Play Hard”, “The NRV is IT”, “Find Your Place in Virginia’s New River Valley”, “NRV Outdoors: Find Your Escape”, and the “Find Your Community” reel, to showcase the NRV tech industry during the campaign.
