Onward NRV Represents NRV at PLMA’s Private Label Trade Show

Onward NRV recently attended “The Store Brands Phenomenon 2024 – Empowering the Retail Industry” from November 17-19 in Chicago, IL. This annual Private Label Trade Show, hosted by the Private Label Manufacturers Association (PLMA) https://plma.com/, brought together over 1,800 exhibitors and 15,000 attendees, including retailers, visitors, and professionals from across the retail industry. Exhibitors came from over 60 countries and occupied 3,000 booths.

Onward NRV partnered with the Virginia Economic Development Partnership (VEDP) to showcase the Commonwealth of Virginia and Virginia’s New River Valley(NRV) to prospective food and beverage companies. Representing Onward NRV was Senior Director of Business Engagement Samantha Livesay, who collaborated with Shaun Malik, VEDP’s Business Manager of Food and Beverage Processing, to promote the state’s business opportunities.

Throughout the event, Samantha also showcased the NRV’s thriving Food Processing and Agribusiness sector, emphasizing the region’s resources, workforce, and business-friendly environment.

The PLMA Private Label Trade Show provides a unique platform to engage with leaders in the food and beverage industry and promote Virginia’s strengths as a premier business destination.
