Onward NRV Highlights NRV Experience at WEDN Conference

Executive Director Katie Boswell had the honor of showcasing the NRV Experience internship program on February 22, 2024, at the Women’s Economic Development Network (WEDN) Learn and Lead Forum. Established in 2016, WEDN is committed to fostering leadership development, professional growth, discussions on current economic development trends, and strategic networking.

During the event, Katie delivered a presentation during one of the forum’s SPARK! sessions. These sessions provide attendees with insights into best practices employed by various economic development organizations . Katie specifically highlighted the NRV Experience internship program, underscoring its effectiveness as a tool for talent retention. Subsequently, she engaged in discussions about the program with fellow conference participants.
