Onward Represents NRV at WorkTruck Week
Onward New River Valley (NRV) recently attended WorkTruck Week from November 4-7 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Hosted by the NTEA Work Truck Association, this annual event is North America’s largest work truck gathering, attracting over 16,400 industry professionals from 31 countries and all 50 U.S. states. The event provides a platform for professionals to explore the latest products, technologies, and innovations in the work truck industry.
Onward NRV partnered with the Virginia Economic Development Partnership in showcasing Virginia and Virginia’s New River Valley as prime locations for companies looking to expand or relocate. Representing Onward NRV was Marketing Manager Rachel Johnson, who collaborated with Jo-Elsa Jordan, VEDP’s Business Manager for the Automotive Industry, to highlight the Commonwealth’s business advantages.
Throughout the event, Rachel engaged with industry leaders to promote the NRV’s thriving Advanced Manufacturing sector, emphasizing the region’s work truck infrastructure, and business-friendly environment.
For more than 25 years, WorkTruck Week has brought together industry leaders who design, build, and maintain work trucks and related equipment. The event serves as a vital forum for discussing emerging trends and innovations. Participating in this event is part of Onward NRV’s commitment to attracting and supporting businesses that fuel economic growth in the region.
