NRV Experience interns from the 2022 cohort discovered the benefits of living and working in Virginia’s New River Valley this summer by participating in five unique excursions. The excursions, held throughout the months of June and July, were designed to each highlight one of the New River Valley’s five localities.
Onward NRV collaborated with the local tourism directors and economic developers from each of the communities to showcase the region’s amenities for the interns. During each excursion, the local directors spoke to the interns about the exciting and unique amenities available in their community.
