May 2023 Manufacturing Campaign Reaches 400,000+ People

Onward NRV ran a digital talent marketing campaign promoting manufacturing jobs in the NRV during May 2023. The main goal of the campaign was to educate potential candidates and promote job opportunities within the manufacturing sector in Virginia’s New River Valley. The campaign also highlighted how employees of NRV manufacturers have high-tech, engaging careers. Onward NRV targeted the attention of potential employees who live within a 3-hour radius of the NRV including adults, college students, and high school students.

Onward’s manufacturing campaign was very successful and reached 420,443 people. 337,284 people viewed one of the three NRV manufacturing videos throughout the course of the campaign. In addition, 2,472 people visited TheNRV.org/MFG to learn more about manufacturing in the region.
