Why do you contribute to the mission of OnwardNRV?
CowanPerry shares OnwardNRV’s mission to market the New River Valley in order to foster job creation and facilitate new investment in our region, and supports the organization by serving as its General Counsel. CowanPerry has drafted and negotiated numerous performance and incentive agreements, lease purchase agreements, and construction contracts for companies establishing operations in the New River Valley. We have assisted with the formation of new U.S. entities for foreign companies operating in the region, and provide turn-key services to assist with all aspects of incorporation, tax planning and legal compliance, and the hiring of a Virginia workforce. We also support local community assets like the New River Land Trust, the Community Foundation, and the Blacksburg Partnership to help build strong communities in our region.
