As Talent Strategies Coordinator, Max plays a pivotal role in strengthening Onward NRV's relationships with local employers and educational institutions throughout Virginia's New River Valley. Max has a strong background in higher education, organizational communication, and speechwriting. A native of Knoxville, TN, he earned a Master of Science and Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Tennessee. Max is drawn to the NRV area because of its stunning scenery and easy access to the great outdoors. In his spare time, he enjoys attending concerts, participating in outdoor activities, and visiting local vintage markets.
